I just released a new version of the Virtual Munsell Color Wheel, a tool I first developed about ten years ago to help explore the Munsell Notation. The web-based tool lets you select color “chips” and see what their corresponding sRGB and hexadecimal values are, which is useful if you’re writing HTML/CSS or using an image editor like Photoshop (where you can paste hex codes into the color picker tool).
The new version, though not perfect, is a bit more responsive to various display sizes and orientations. For all of the details on what’s new in this version, visit the Munsell page on my website. Or, you can launch the tool directly:
