Here’s the summary, non-legalistic version: I don’t intend to collect any personally identifiable information about you other than if you sign up for my mailing list or contact me by email. I may collect website logs showing what pages were visited, which may include the IP address of whoever requested the page. I do use Google Analytics on my site to help me understand who my website audience is and what parts of the site are getting traffic. So while I don’t have access to identifying individual behavior, Google probably does, and if you use this site with your cookies enabled they can track what you do here. If you sign up for my mailing list, the company I use to help manage that list (currently Mailerlite) will have access to your email.
What personal data is collected
Art collectors
If you buy art from me (please do!), I will collect your contact information and you will be added to my email mailing list (you can unsubscribe at any time). If you provide a physical address, I may send you a postcard from time to time with some artwork on it either to announce a show or to wish you happy holidays.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
With whom your data is shared
I don’t share the data that I collect with anyone (but note that I use Google Analytics and Mailerlite, as mentioned above, and may embed content from YouTube or other sites that may be able to track your visit to those pages).
