Much of my artistic life has been related to the study of color: color theory, color interaction, the science of color, how perception works, etc. So it was very cool to have been asked by two members of The Colour Literacy Project if they could include one of my paintings in their new book, “Universal Principles of Color: 100 Key Concepts for Understanding, Analyzing, and Working with Color.” In this beautifully designed book by Stephen Westland & Maggie Maggio, each of 100 concepts related to color are explained in a 2-page spread, organized alphabetically by concept.
